Issue with Posting Grades on Headmaster

Parents, we recently discovered an issue with Headmaster. Grades had not updated for several days on the parent portal, even though our teachers were faithfully entering them. No data was lost—there was simply an issue with an automated upload from our Headmaster server. We have a temporary manual workaround that has resolved the issue until a permanent resolution is in place. As of Wednesday afternoon, when you log in, you are viewing the most current grades. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
