Basketball Season Opener Games

The boys and girls basketball teams headed to Delano to play the Crusaders of Mt. Olive. The girls started the night off with a great scrimmage.  The girls showed that they are quickly becoming a team with good passing and rebounding.  The girls shots however were not falling in for them, and they lost this exabhition game. The boys closed out the night with a high energy exciting game.  The boys started off by feeling out the other team with a quick defense and good passing.  As the game went on all the boys settled in and the offense started to come through and the scoring heated up.  Even though this team is young they played a big game.  Sadly the boys lost by just a few points.
