Dear Parents of Salem Lutheran School: The theme for the 2017-2018 school year is “Run the race. Fix your eyes on Jesus!” based on Hebrews 12:1-2. Visit with the Teachers : We will host one “Visit the Teachers” Open House on Wednesday, August 16. K-8 families may arrive any time from 4:00-8:00 PM. Preschool families should choose to arrive either at 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm to attend one of two informational sessions that will be presented by Jane Grobe. The K-8 teachers will be stationed at a table in the Fellowship Hall where parents can talk with them collectively or individually about the year ahead. If you would prefer a home visit, please contact your child's teacher. Welcome Day : We will have Welcome Day on Monday, August 21 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. On this day parents and students should come to school to drop off their supplies, set-up their lunch account, find their child’s desk, and drop off any unfinished paperwork.
