Welcome from Mr. Zolldan

From the Principal’s Desk:  Welcome Back! Excitement.  Anticipation.  Apprehension. These words describe how you might feel about going back to school.  Questions fill your head.   What will this year bring?  What will my teacher be like?  How will other students treat me?    These are the question students think about as they start a new year of school.  I also had some of these questions this year.   How will other teachers and students respond to me?  Will I make the right decisions?  Do I know everything a principal needs to know to run a school effectively?   Like a lot of our students, I don’t have all the answers to these questions.  But I do know this, if I look to God for help and guidance, he will be there to help me.   The theme for our school this year is “Fix Your Eyes on Jesus”.  This is taken from Hebrews 12:1-2.  We need to look to Jesus for answers to these questions.  The Holy Bible is God’s Word.  When we use the Holy Bible daily for worshiping, teaching, ma

How blessed we are to have a school like this. There are some changes in our school staff this year that I would like share with you.  We are pleased to welcome new staff members Bill Scharf, Calla Schoch, Jill Kaiser, Mary Bjurstrom, Pastor Schram, and Roger Zolldan. I’m Roger Zolldan, your new principal. My experience is in the public schools – 36 years teaching music in Somerset, Wisconsin and substitu
