Dear Salem Families, This is your registration packet for the 2017-2018 school year . Below are the forms which need to be completed before the beginning of the new school year. You may print and complete these forms and hand them in at Visit the Teacher Night or Welcome Night. We will have these forms available at these events if you prefer the option of completing them the night of your visit.
